Clear Your Mental Space

  • She was thinking about the last time a negative emotion such as stress, anger or frustration. What went into your head that you go through the negativity? His mind was full of thoughts? Or was paralyzed, unable to think?

    The next time you are in the middle of a very stressful time, or you're angry or frustrated, stop. That's right, stop. Whatever you do, stop and sit for a minute. While you sit there, completely immersed in the negative emotion.

    Let the feeling that you eat. Allow a minute to really feel the emotion. Make no mistake here. --- Take a full minute, just a minute to do everything --- to feel this emotion.


    Once you have it to themselves totally immersed in the excitement and actually went, they were surprised that excitement disappears pretty quickly.

    If you feel the need to adhere to the excitement a little is good. Allow a minute to feel the emotions.

    If you feel enough emotion to ask you whether you are willing to take the negativity for the rest of the day. If not, take a deep breath. When you exhale, let all the negativity with your breathing.

    This exercise seems simple --- almost too easy. However, it is very effective. Because space is actually negative emotions felt, emotionally instead of filling it down and tried not to feel. In fact, it is removed the power of emotion, give space and attention they need. When immersed in emotion, and I know it's just emotion, loses control. You can clear your head and move with their task.


    Stop. Immerse yourself for a minute. I want this negativity? Take a deep breath, exhale, release. Adelante!

    This is the process. Remember to take the time to really delve into the excitement. So if you think you have enough to give up --- really felt the release. You will be amazed how quickly you can do to move from a negative situation and come to what you really want!
